Prudential One: Kim Luckow talks communication, peoplework and growth
Last week we had the opportunity to sit down with our friends at Prudential One, REALTORS® to discuss what they feel is different about how they approach business, as well as how dotloop has allowed them to stand out from the competition.
Kim Luckow, Prudential One’s Operations Manager, was a little modest at first, but after we helped shake the butterflies, her passion and vision became incredibly clear.
From the beginning, technology has played an integral role in how they operate; using systems like dotloop, recognizing the value of providing consumer information online, etc. But what becomes clear in this video is that they attribute their success to the relationships they have with the people that they’ve worked with. They attribute the growth of their company to the value they place on strong communication — between not only the office and the agents, but also the clients they all work together to serve.
