Your new Back at You ClientBAY account is an all-in-one place to promote yourself, while promoting your listings at the same time and receiving more leads!<\/div>\n

It all starts with your profile. We pull your profile information into your\u00a0About Me\u00a0<\/b>section of your website and your company\u2019s website, on the property websites we create for all of your listings, and on marketing material that you create. It\u2019s important to keep your profile description up-to-date. You can include your involvement with community organizations, include web links, create a YouTube profile video and post it on your profile. Add your social networking links on your profile to appear on your agent site. Upload new agent images periodically. Your agent image appears on your listings, eMarketing, print\/email flyers, etc. These can be changed out seasonally, for holidays, holding a sold sign\/award, etc. Keep it fresh!<\/div>\n

To update your profile information, just click on\u00a0My Account<\/b>\u00a0in the top right corner and select\u00a0View Profile.<\/b>\u00a0This is where you can add your social network profile links, update your headshot and edit your bio information.<\/div>\n

Email Signature:<\/b><\/div>\n
Make sure your email signature includes all your contact information, agent photos, etc. You can add clickable links to your agent website or to your social networking sites below your signature. Create and add a tagline or personal logo to your signature.<\/div>\n

Update Password:\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n

  1. If you would like to change your password, click on the\u00a0CHANGE PASSWORD<\/b>\u00a0button<\/li>\n
  2. This opens the password edit screen, you will enter your current password and your new password.\u00a0 To save this change click on\u00a0Update Password<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Profile Image:<\/b><\/div>\n

    1. To add a profile image you will see an image section in the right-hand column of the profile\u00a0Details<\/b><\/li>\n
    2. Click on\u00a0Upload<\/b>\u00a0and then on\u00a0Add File<\/b>\u00a0to browse through files on your computer<\/li>\n
    3. Once you have located the file, click\u00a0Open<\/b>\u00a0to have it upload.\u00a0 *If you would like to add more than one image at a time hold the CTRL key down as you select photos and then click open<\/li>\n
    4. The first image will be the image that is displayed to the public. To rearrange the images,\u00a0DRAG AND DROP<\/b>\u00a0the image you would like shown to the first screen<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Add Social Media Links:<\/b><\/div>\n

      1. To add links to your social media pages, you will see a section on the right-hand side of your profile that is titled\u00a0Links<\/b><\/li>\n
      2. Copy and Paste the URL from the social media page that you would like to link to<\/li>\n
      3. Once you have completed this, click\u00a0Save\u00a0<\/b>in the upper right corner<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n
